How it works
From hello to done in two weeks.
The work
Three steps. No drama.
A quick 20-minute call
We check what you use, how many people, and whether this is even worth doing right now. If it's not, we'll say so and point you somewhere better, free.
Setup, inside two weeks
Two working sessions, in person or over a call. We set up the tools, lock down your data, and build the prompts around your real work.
Training and handoff
One two-hour, hands-on session, the playbook, and the written setup. You pay the second half only once you're happy with it.
Questions
The stuff people ask first.
If most AI flops, why would this be different?
Because the flops aren't about the tools. The research is clear: it's how they get set up that decides it, and outside help works about twice as often as doing it in-house. Fit, training, and a real target are exactly what we bring.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Anyone whose work runs on documents, clients, and trust. It doesn't matter what field. The prompts get built around whatever you actually do.
Is my data safe?
Paid business versions keep your data out of training by contract. We set those controls, check them, and hand you the proof in writing, so it's not just a hope.
Can the AI run entirely on our own computers?
Yes. That's the fully local option: the model runs on hardware you own, your data never leaves the building, and nobody outside can switch it off. It's the most private setup there is. We'll tell you honestly whether you need it, because for most businesses a locked-down business account gets the protection you need for less money and upkeep.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. Most people already have Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and the AI can be added to that. We set up what you have first and only suggest buying something if there's a real gap.
Isn't there plenty of free AI training already?
Yes, and some of it is genuinely good. Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic all publish free courses, and Small Business Development Centers are rolling out free local training. Take it; our free guide points you to the best of it. But courses teach, they don't do. Nobody free sets it up, fits it to your work, trains your team on your real documents, or stands behind the result. The doing, guaranteed, in two weeks, is what we're for.
How much does it get in the way?
Two working sessions and one two-hour training over two weeks. You keep working the whole time.

We show our sources. You should expect that from anyone near your business.
- Stanford HAI, 2026 AI Index (April 2026): 88% of organizations use AI, under 10% have scaled it, 73% of experts vs 23% of the public expect it to help work, 74% call inaccuracy the top risk.
- Gallup, survey of 23,717 U.S. employees (February 2026): workplaces using AI report more disruption, with little proof work has actually changed.
- MIT NANDA, The GenAI Divide (2025): 95% of company AI pilots showed no measurable payback; outside-built tools worked about twice as often as in-house ones.
AI Works for Me does setup and training. It isn't legal, tax, security, or compliance advice. Those obligations stay with you and your own advisors.
